I thought I'd start the year off with another free art giveaway, this one a little more cheerful/hopeful than some of the previous portraits. These giveaways are pretty fun, I might keep doing more for the digital works. Still have plans to continue with the more stranger themed oil paintings, but will most likely do more digital paintings as well in between.
I usually live mostly hermit-like, so haven't been as effected as most have with all the craziness going on in the world right now. Still hoping 2021 will be a better year going forward for all of us.
The video below is a song I've been listening to a lot while working on the final stages of this digital art portrait. I think the general sound/feeling ties in really nicely with the artwork. One of my favorite musicians lately.
